Forcing a PGP key onto keyrings

Does anyone know a way to make sure that a specific key be automatically added to every keyring in an organization?
I have an ADK, but using the DLP-PGP endpoint agent integration, I can only add an alternate PGP group admin to the PGP ACL if the key already exists on the endpoint's keyring. It could be any key, but in my case, this would be a PGP group key.
I would just like to make sure that every keyring in the org contains a key or keys specified by the PGP admin.

Touchdown Email Shortcut Disappears

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge running 6.0.1 for an OS. My Touchdown is version 9.0.00412. I'm not sure how long this has been going on but every time my phone reboots my short cut for the email disappears. My other widgets, like calendar and tasks stay, but the 1x1 email shortcut icon disappears and I have to readd it. Has anyone else experienced anything like this or know a fix/work around by chance?

SEP 12.1.6 Windoes 10 Unified Write Filter Support
With Windows 10 using "Unified Write Filter", instead of "File Based Write Filter" we cannot correctly install and use SEP 12.1.6. Can you please add this feature so we can install SEP on our 800+ Thin Clients due to looming threats of viruses, malwares, and ransomware.

INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE when Early Launch Malware

On Windows 10 (1607), we're required to set the following group policy:
Computer Configuration \ Policies \ Administrative Templates \ System \ Early Launch Antimalware \ Boot-Start Driver Initialization Policy to Enabled (Good Only).
In 12.1.6 RU6 MP5, I've also set "Enable Symantec early launch anti-malware" as ticked, and also "Use the default Windows action for the detection."
When I do this, the machine doesn't boot, and I get a INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE blue screen.
I've changed the setting to "Log the detection as unknown so that Windows allows the driver to load", and change group policy to allow All, and verified that machines can then boot.
The question is: where are the detections logged? I want to determine which driver is causing the issue. I've checked this one:

.. but that file appears to be signed.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot this further?

As today there's no more competition between CMS products and backup products, don't you think it could be worth to re-start Recovery Solution in CMS product line ?
This product was great to backup in the background laptops, and stream the differences back to datacenter. It was well integrated in CMS.

Upgrading SEP client for MAC OS

Hi,
We upgraded our SEP Infrastructure of 3500+ clients from 12.1.4 to 12.1.6 MP5. First we upgraded SEPM and then SEP clients(Windows). We upgraded clients by assigning upgrade package to different groups in which clients reside. We have some MAC OSX clients left that needs to be upgraded. Can anyone guide what are the options for upgrading MAC OSX SEP clients?

Will Symantec Encryption Desktop control admin rights on second hard drive?

My company provided a dell laptop that has an easy access hard drive. (It clips into the battery compartment.)
A few months ago they took away the admin rights from all end-users. A week ago they added Symantec Encryption Desktop to encrypt the company hard drive because I am working on a project that has sensitive documents.
I travel aound the world for work. Since I can't load personal software on the company hard drive (due to policy and admin rights,) I would like to load an operating system, drivers and personal software on a second hard drive and to switch them while I am not working. If I can't accomplish this, I need to buy a second laptop and lug two through airport security in my already heavy and bulky carry-on instead of this simple solution. I contacted Dell and they said this can be done, but they were not sure if Symantec Encryption Desktop (which appears to start in the bios) would control my admin rights on the second hard drive or not. Could someone please verify this for me?

Task Queue Limit Reached

I am doing a mass clean of sensitive data stored on local drives. In the first phase, I am looking for certain file types and then examining their last access date. If that date is 24 months old or older, I want to move that file to quarantine. I have run three rounds of cleanup (for different subnets) and have successfully moved over 160,000 files. However, the scan also failed to move over 100,000 files to quarantine. The error given in most cases is "Task Queue Limit Reached". I am assuming that this is related to the variable Quarantine.MAX_QUEUE_SIZE.int. That is currently set to the default value of 100. Is their a down side to revising this to a larger value (like 1000) while I'm doing the mass moves or would it be better just to rerun the scan until all of the files are moved?

I know Symantec does not scan files going in and out of Sharepoint (thats why the Symantec for Sharepoint is required), but what about SQL and Oracle databases?
Are special products required for other databases, or is the base Symantec install on the SQL and Oracle client sufficent to protect those servers?

Moving clients to new SEPM

Hello,
I have recently took over our SEP environment and have been tasked with moving clients from a recently purchased company onto our SEPM. There is roughly 3000 clients needing transfered. I have been replacing the sylink file by pushing a communications update from the SEPM.
This works at times, but is a very slow process and I get a lot of machines returning the error "Login to **machinename** failed. The client could not be installed on the remote computer." I am using a domain admin account so there is no reason this account should not be loging in. Obvious observations include the machine being turned off etc, but I know they are on and connected.
Manually accessing each machine is not really an option, and i would prefer to push this out silently than having any user interaction. From real world experience, what do people out there recommend?
One thought i had was to add the old SEPM to our new environment and move all the clients into the default folder, switch the communication via the SEPM to the new Server and once all the clients have moved across disconnect the old server. I don't know if this would work if the two SEPM's have different group structures.
Alternatively, could use a script, but I am not handy with scripts and would need to be able to detect if the machine is a server/user machine (probably via the OS) as I only want user machines moved across at this time.
